Late Parmeshwar Prasad Narain Singh established St Paul Secondary school in year 1987 with the objective to make good education accessible to people of north Bihar. His contribution in the field of education was praiseworthy. He opened schools and college not only in Samastipur district but other parts of Bihar too. He was believer of education for all. He provided free education to several children. He thought that each and every child should get the opportunity of education irrespective of their caste, creed, religion and financial disabilities. He had a democratic feeling in this regard. He was sociable & hospitable. He had made a strong bond and relationship with all communities. He was a philanthropic and helpful to all who were in need. Though, he is no more with us, still we can feel his presence at every moment. He will always remain alive amongst all of us. Management & staffs of St Paul family.
